Project Overview

Bosla is an information app detailing the services available to migrants in Egypt. It is also a directory of organizations and an online reference guide for migrant services in Egypt.

Mobile Development Role

Created and designed the app from scratch using Material Design.
Developed the app to work with 5 countries and 7 languages and added RTL support.
Added Push Notification support using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Worked with Google Maps on React Native (Android/iOS).
Added Internet state checks.
Used Android Support Libraries to make the app compatible with older Android versions.
Created web form that allows admins to send push notifications.
